Jan 2026 update: I continue to be treated for eye issues and GI issues that require regular monitoring and ongoing rounds of medications regularly. I am blind in my left eye, and I have a cataract in my right eye - but I can see a little. I`m going to have eye surgery soon, and I need a modified setup to keep me safe, due to my near blindness. I`ve taken kindly to the people caring for me, and I`m thought to be a pretty easy bird to get along with, and I`m an adventurous eater. I do love corn, though!
The person or people who adopt me will need to attend to my occasional health issues. I would love to be in a nice home with a loving family, after so many months veterinary boarding. Aside from my medical visits, I`m so far not too loud or demanding.
