Hi everyone, I`m Columbus. I`m from the wild flock of parrots living in San Francisco. Something happened to me and my feet aren`t working. A nice person called Animal Control, who picked me up and got me to Mickaboo.

The vet is checking me out and with the help of some steroids I`m able to get my feet under me again but they are still not working very well, so send me some healing thoughts while they continue my diagnosis and treatment.

As of October 2024, Columbus is not available for adoption while still being evaluated and treated in hospital. If they can be released back home eventually we will rehabilitate them. If not, we will try to pair them up with a friend as they do better in the company of another wild flock parrot.
