Hi, We`re Cebi and Hope, a bonded pair of budgies. We were surrendered to Mickaboo along with our brother Ty. Ty went to live with other Mickaboo boy budgies, and we came together to our foster Mom. We are happy, active birds. Hope is confident and will step up! Cebi is a little more wary. We like our swings, and Cebi really likes to play on her hanging beads. We eat Nutri-An, Roudybush pellets and a little seeds. Mom gives us bits of vegies, and we throw them all over the cage. She hopes some gets in our tummies! We are also active chirpers, and talk to the other girls in the house. Wouldn`t you like to add us to your home?
In nature, parakeets (budgerigars) live in large flocks. A single bird in a cage spends much of his/her life being lonely because humans have things they must do that take them away. We therefore will only adopt a single parakeet to a household if there is already at least one parakeet living there. Otherwise, parakeets must be adopted in groups of two or more.
