Hey everyone! I`m Sebastian, and this is my friend Jellybean. We`ve got a pretty unusual story: I was someone`s pet, surrendered to a vet when my owner couldn`t afford to keep me. My friend Jellybean, on the other hand, was a stray bird (maybe even a wild one), and we weren`t sure if he`d ever really been around people. We bonded at the vet while we were both being treated, and we`ve decided to stay together ever since. Jellybean is a bit younger than me, and I have to keep a good eye on him to keep him safe.
Neither of us is great with people. Jellybean will come out of his cage and hang out, but he doesn`t like to be handled by people. I, on the other hand, like to get my head scratched... but don`t get too close! We both love playing in our water dishes, and we really like wooden toys... especially if they have bells.
We probably wouldn`t be good for someone with children, but if someone is willing to love us, we`d make great buddies for someone who wants to be around parrots, but maybe not directly interact with us much. With some space, we`d love to fly around and hang out together!
We also showed up at a Mickaboo Virtual Adoption Fair! Check it out for some more information about us.
