I was rescued by a Good Samaritan when I was being attacked by crows in a parking lot - Crows! Can you imagine? She took me to a clinic and then took me home :) where I got to meet my buddy Bishop who looks out for me. My nice owner had to give us up, so we`re looking for a good home together. I`m a nice boy and only a little scared after my ordeal. I look like I could use some Rogaine and one of my eyes is a little scarred, but I still sing like a champ!
In nature, cockatiels live in large flocks. A single bird in a cage spends much of his/her life being lonely because humans have things they must do that take them away. We therefore will only adopt a single cockatiel to a household if there is already at least one cockatiel living there. Otherwise, cockatiels must be adopted in groups of two or more.
