Someone forwarded me several bird-related The Far Side comics. Most apparently came from reprints as the original publication dates are missing, but we know this one is from 1987:

Of all the strips where I have found bird-themed toons, one of the least expected was that old chestnut Beetle Bailey ... yet here is the March 17 strip from two years ago:
