Hi, I`m Berry, a blue masked lovebird. Nobody knows whether I`m a guy or a gal, or how old I am, but the vet thinks I`m a young bird.
A kind person found me outside with a horrible degloving leg injury and took me to a shelter. Mickaboo was able to pick him up and brought me to a vet who performed surgery to mend my leg. After recovering at the vet for a few weeks, I`m now in the loving care of my foster mom. My leg is healed but I`m still actively working to restore full mobility and strength to my leg.
I`m becoming more relaxed around humans when they approach my cage, and I like paying attention to things happening around me.
