Hi, I`m Frank. I was given up by my owner at the vet after I was living in a cage outside and some animal attacked me through the bars and ripped off one of my wings.
The vet thought they could save me, so they operated and Mickaboo agreed to care for me now. I`m at the vet recovering from my surgery and getting all the care I need. Mickaboo has several special needs finches that can`t fly so if I recover OK then I will get to meet them and make some new friends who live in an adapted cage that will be safe for me. Stay tuned for more updates (Oct 2022).
Nov 17: I`m all healed up and ready for a foster home! I just moved to a new foster home where I have moved in with Charcoal and Nigel and we are living in a flannel lined cage. It`s so nice to have finch buddies again!
