You can see a video all about me here from an online Mickaboo Adoption Event in March 2024. Hi, I`m Jakey! I came from a seizure situation where several animals were taken in from a home. I had been plucking quite a lot and not exactly enjoying the conditions I was living in, but I`ve been with Mickaboo since January 2022 and in that time I have grown in a lot more fluffy feathers and I am a really sweet, chill bird. I love to sit on the open door of my cage and I rarely wander. I am ok with head pets once I know you - I take a while to warm up to people.

I am eating Harrisons pellets and veggie chop and I enjoy the occasional nut as a special treat. I don`t talk but I enjoy attention if you talk to me! Ask for Jakey - I can`t wait to find my forever home!
