The joke in this Speed Bump is not the concept of an avian post office but in the "wanted" poster.
Pilsner gets a call center job in this old Monty strip I found in my online travels.
(Does anyone find it creepy that Pilsner has human teeth in the second panel?)
No comment is necessary for this Break Of Day panel.
Wheeler repurposes Will's water dish in this Dogs of C-Kennel:
Rhymes With Orange brings typical (and annoying) bird behavior into the world of art.
Class distinctions and a vulture's definition of "good taste" are the subject of this Speed Bump.
One of the couple dozen Birdbrains panels I have archived. (I think it's winding down ... all I have been seeing since mid-January are reprints of old non-color ones, and they had been repeating some of the past color ones from time to time since October.)

This is a real flashback. I found this while searching for something else; it is a strip I remember my local newspaper carrying when I was younger. The strip (and title character) is Winthrop, and the parrot is obviously named MacTavish. I don't remember his sister's name, and Wikipedia was no help there, although it does say the strip ran from 1966 to 1994, and was an evolution of another strip (Morty Meekle) which dates back to 1956. Anyway, from today in 1971:
An early Mutts valentine, inspired by the Bard.
