 By Michelle Yesney, CEO

THANK YOU to everyone who has helped to make 2018 a good year for Mickaboo and our wonderful birds. Thank you to our donors, our volunteers, and all of the well-wishers who support and encourage our efforts. Thank you to our veterinarians and their staffs, to the people who provide us with space for our classes, those who help with outreach, and those of you who donate materials that help us feed and care for our birds, and fabulous gifts that we can sell to pay our bills. They are lovable and YouTube is filled with videos of them singing, talking up a storm, and just being the lively characters that they are. View PDF in a new window

My red beak prominently sticks out of my plumage that covers all shades of gray. Like most ringnecks, I have a cute voice and when I am happy, I can make all kinds of funny noises, including one that sounds a bit like when you let air out of a small balloon. Read More...
