Thanks Mal - Matt figured it out for me. Turns out the OTRS stuff is going
to my @mickaboo email, but my @mickaboo email was no longer forwarding to my
gmail!

Check your 'preferences' in OTRS. Some time ago I somehow inadvertently changed something that changed a preference or 2. Not sure how or why and I might actually have done it to myself (not suggesting that's the case here).
If everything is otherwise normal, lemme know and I'll snoop around a bit...
