Ok- just spoke to volunteer @ Wild Care.  Mr. Blue Angel is on pain meds now, and will undergo surgery to clean and repair his lacerated crop.  Krop??  We can check around noon or 1, to see how he did, but hopes are high since he is a nice healthy weight now.  After surgery, will go home with specialist, and then return to their aviary for full recovery.  Yeah!
