Plaza Farmers’ market manager Christine Adams and live poultry vendor Raymond Young to give them their final warning to comply with health laws, or have their permits revoked. We’ve been since documenting and reporting flagrant and defiant continued, while patiently waiting for the Health Dept. to proceed with enforcement. Last night, KRON 4 TV’s Stanley Roberts ran a news story about violations of the “no live animals in the market” law, which should put more pressure on the Health Dept. This would be a terrific time for people to contact the health department to complain about the health violations, to further pressure them to enforce the laws and revoke the permits.
