Hello- When Pam asked if a MickaCoo volunteer would be interested in joining her to bring birds to visit folks at an SF Assisted Living Facility, I said Yes! Saturday 6/30, 2 pm for about an hour (or sooner if the residents tire of this). Setup time to get the birds comfortable: 1:45 pm**** We’re scheduled ahead of their normal Saturday movie time (starting at 3 pm).**** ** ** Location is 399 Buena Vista Avenue, San Francisco. Plenty of free street parking.**** ** ** All visitors sign in at front desk when you enter the building.**** ** ** We’ll be in a large room on the entry-level floor (so no stairs to negotiate) – expect a lot of wheelchairs and walkers in the room.
