Nice work, Patty! Just one comment - the press release could be taken to read as if Mickaboo/Coo were two separate organizations. From the IRS's standpoint, we are one - with Coo best described as a "division" of 'Boo. As to the question of whether we can raffle the tickets given to us... yes, we could. That said, I'm unclear about the prior dialogue where the folks offering the tickets were proposing something.
