The Adoption Fair is coming up just two weeks from tomorrow - on Sunday, Feb. 25. If you know you can attend, please RSVP to me, as we plan to have "Bird Bios" for each attending bird, sort of like a "place card". If you're not sure, just come if you can! Obviously, if your bird is sick, or just doesn't seem to be feeling well, he should not come. If your bird does come, you might want to bring some "birdie treats". No birds will be adopted at the event - this is strictly a "get acquainted" activity - sort of like an old fashioned ice cream social. So if your bird attends the Fair, you will need to take your bird home with you, or need to make arrangements for somebody else to take it home. Big birds that come out of cages will need a playstand, newspaper, and hand sanitizer for others to use before holding your bird.
