[Mickaboo Action] Can someone make a short hop today to help a bird in need?

We have a citron cockatoo that desperately needs to get out of her current situation. The husband of his current owner chain smokes and drinks heavily. The owner is concerned that he may harm the bird when he's drunk. (I wish we could rescue the owner too!) The bird is currently in Concord. Could someone get her and bring her somewhere near Berkeley/Oakland?
