We have a citron cockatoo that desperately needs to get out of her current situation.  The husband of his current owner chain smokes and drinks heavily.  The owner is concerned that he may harm the bird when he's drunk.  (I wish we could rescue the owner too!)
<br><br>The bird is currently in Concord.&nbsp; Could someone get her and bring her somewhere near Berkeley/Oakland?&nbsp; If so, I can take her the rest of the way to her foster home in Sacramento tomorrow morning.
