I haven't had any offers to help on this. I know we're all swamped and
conures tend to make many people want to run away screaming - but honest,
you wouldn't even have to see a conure in person, no fostering required!
If noone else offers to help out, Nancy Powell has said she will take it on
- but we really don't want to add anything more to Nancy's plate, trust me
on this. We need her focused on what she already has *heaped* way way WAY
up on that plate.
Besides, if she gets too overloaded while I'm in the southwest in August,
she may forcibly stop me from going to France in October, and that could get
Really Ugly. ;)
It really shouldn't be too big a deal, but it does need coverage, and I will
be available by cell phone during most of the August trip for any real
hiccups.
