Hi everyone, I`m Blaze! I came in as a stray, so we don`t know much about me. I`m a green conure (not a green cheek conure - I`m bigger), and everyone thinks I`m pretty young.

I love my foster`s family, and want all kinds of attention. I also really like other birds, and want to hang out with any I can find... even if they`re much bigger than me. I`m also a little escape artist, so my foster has had a hard time keeping me away from them!

I`m a very talented flyer, and my mom is working on recall training me. I will step up on a rope perch, but I`m hesitant on hands. I know a few words (hello, step up, hi), and like to talk! I`m a pretty loud bird, and I`d be a poor fit for an apartment.

I`m looking for an adopter who maybe has some bird experience (especially with training), and maybe has another bird or two for me to hang out with! If you think I sound like a good fit, please reach out to the conure coordinator to learn more about me.
