Pam: I have to apologize here, because I've made an incredibly braindead and stupid mistake. When I formatted your list of ZIP codes into SQL queries to get a list of emails in them, I ran them through a loop to generate the SQL queries. I forgot, of course, to include the red-flag checks and donotcontact checks in the queries, so I generated a big list of people that includes our red-flagged folks and opt-out folks. Nothing to do here but mea culpa, and fix the queries so the list gets generated right for next time. For the tech teams' information, the current query "SELECT EmailAddress FROM owner WHERE OwnerPostcode="94103";" should actually read "SELECT EmailAddress FROM owner WHERE OwnerPostcode="94103" AND IsBanned=\"0\" AND Comments NOT LIKE \"\%donotcontact\%\";" Sigh. More information about the SF bay area bulk emailing - psychomamma@gmail.com is red-flagged in ASM, and apparently received our emailing. Another thing to look for in our query criteria.
