I emailed the techlist my response to her; her ISP got bought out by another and they've not updated the reverse DNS. The mailserver (ours) was marking her emails as ***SPAM*** because the filter detected a FROM address that didn't match the reverse DNS coming in, and because that reverse DNS was a cable/dsl account (two pretty good signs of SPAM). I added her to the whitelist in /etc/spamassassin and restarted amavis, so she should be OK Redon, Chloe wrote:
