Try now please. I have created an OTRS Signature called "Macaw_Species_Coordinator" that does not include any names, and associated it with the Macaw queue as its default signature. Note that you will have to put your name on any emails that you want it on, or ask me to revert you back to the default one, to get your name back in signatures. Gabriella Estrella wrote:

In older mailman (and other) mailing lists, you could email the mailing list software the subject 'help' and receive an email describing all the possible commands to send the list software - so now modern mailing list software considers a blank email containing 'help' to most likely be a list help request, and holds it from the list.
