I think it was probably held because the only word in the subject line was 'help'. In older mailman (and other) mailing lists, you could email the mailing list software the subject 'help' and receive an email describing all the possible commands to send the list software - so now modern mailing list software considers a blank email containing 'help' to most likely be a list help request, and holds it from the list.
