We are going to schedule more than one of these, I think - and with the new site in flux still as we define capabilities and requirements, I'd rather do the new site stuff at a later date. The people I'm giving the tech seminar to for the most part need to learn REALLY well how OTRS, ASM and the Wiki work. I fear that adding more tools to the demonstration list will dilute the knowledge that they take away, and it's critical that they fully understand the core tools we have in production right now for us to move forward with new ones.
