There still seems to be a few things missing in the emailing of the newsletter pages:

1.  Has the SMTP server been configured

2. Then the plugins : http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Enabling+the+%27Mail+Page%27+plugin

3. Then the actual space: http://confluence.mickaboo.org/spaces/doaddmailaccount.action
