Chloe,
Thank you so much for struggling with us. We are all very grateful for the effort all of you on the tech team spend trying to keep us connected and efficient.

I am actually practically done with a document on how to use GroupWare, but I have to say that I've been a bit stuck on the File Manager part.
I am trying to finish that up. If anyone wants to see my doc so far, I can email a PDF. I have found some of the GUI not intuitive and maybe a little buggy in the way you return to previous pages.
In any case, I don't think it's a particularly great tool, partly because you guys seem to mostly want a calendar type program to share event information and a good file program.
I would be happy to test your new system or finish the doc I'm writing (or both).

There were one or two users, but that's a pretty small minority. I'm hoping the Confluence system will be easier and get more use as a result.

Well, since no one likes the groupware (or is willing to learn it) I have come to the conclusion that it's probably not the right tool for the job of organizing all our non-ASM data.
I liked it and used it - just not regularly! I just need to get in the habit of using it is all ...
