The mickaboo admins are supposed to create an ASM entry for pretty much everyone - fosters, adopters, surrenderers, volunteers, etc. If someone is connected to us enough to be on the discuss list, I'd prefer that they have at LEAST a name and email address in ASM.

So, my criteria for discuss list is that anyone in the world can join it - as long as their name and email address are in ASM first. :)

If someone wants to join and you can't find them in ASM, just email the admins group and ask if anyone knows them - and whoever says yes, remind them to enter folks into ASM. Does that make sense and seem relatively non-burdensome?
