Hi guys<br><br>Not sure which of these three tech emails I should be using, so sending to all three. Nothing like overkill before 8 in the morning.<br><br>Last night someone who has been emailing for a week (not two weeks like she claimed) wanted to know why she&#39;s not getting a response. Since I hadn&#39;t had any emails from her before that I did an OTRS search on her email and found that the first two she sent were tagged as spam by the system so they never got to me.  Her email is <a href="mailto:jfromm@metronews.com">jfromm@metronews.com</a><br>
