I am very enthusiastic still about phpgroupware as a great tool, but it seems more geared toward techies and the Mickaboo folks don't seem to like it as much. :) If you could test the wiki with me, that would be great! I am trying to finish that up. If anyone wants to see my doc so far, I can email a PDF. I have found some of the GUI not intuitive and maybe a little buggy in the way you return to previous pages.
In any case, I don't think it's a particularly great tool, partly because you guys seem to mostly want a calendar type program to share event information and a good file program.
I would be happy to test your new system or finish the doc I'm writing (or both).
