One solution would be to have the list not disable excessive bounces... but I don't recommend doing that. This could be a bigger problem. Unfortunatley, we might have to wait until Matt gets back.

Ticket 0135155 is the related ticket submitted in behalf of Elisabeth. I'm not merging them in case each of your problems is separate and unrelated.

Wayne thinks that it might be that @yahoo.com accounts are getting tighter and marking more email as spam.
