Hi all!
A few comments I wanted to make on upcoming tech stuff.
1) Confluence is getting pretty old and needs upgrading soon - I'll
probably be trying to schedule that very soon.
2) I could really use help with OTRS "Tech queue" answers and general
answering of questions. My work has been off the charts this quarter
and I'm starting to just miss out on and/or ignore OTRS tickets. Can
anyone take point on the tech queue OTRS for me for a while and let me
backfill in when you have questions?
