Is there a step in between, where you can kill off the 'viagra' ads? That will get rid of most of it... we can watch and then add more blacklist words to dispose of what's left. Philosophy here is to avoid forcing people to go to 'junk' at the (slight?) cost of the remaining spam. Just a thought... -m-

Hi all; I'm ratcheting the SPAM filters back to normal levels. It's driving everyone nuts and not providing much benefit to have them so loose. I'll send an email telling people how to monitor the OTRS Junk queue if they're concerned, and explaining the whitelists and heuristics. I added a bunch of whitelist words to /etc/amavis/conf.d/50-user -- I'll solicit more suggestions while I'm emailing. Any objections?
