Karen: I didn't see your other two requests, but may have been too busy and let them slide by. Did you send them to tech-help or just the admins list? What were the other ticket numbers? Anyway, in addition to marking them 'Terminally Ill' you also need to adjust their 'movement'. It currently says 'Foster' and needs to say 'To Hospice Care'. That may seem confusing at first, like it's the same data in two spots - but we can occasionally have terminally ill birds who are fully adoptable (ie, Available) and also birds who are ill but not necessarily terminal, and we're looking for a hospice home to provide ongoing care. FYI if they just email the list with their other email address and let us know their name for an ASM check, when we approve the posting there is a button to press that automatically allows future posts from that email without having to subscribe it. that's probably easiest. [Mickaboo Techlist] Quick note RE: Server being down last night

Hi all! Yes, the server and website were unavailable last night and this morning. I'm still trying to find the exact cause, but I suspect it was very heavily loaded last night, resulting in it being unable to serve any requests (webserver, email, etc) or logins. No data was lost nor was there any hardware damage, and I've disabled some background tasks that none of you should notice until I can get a handle on what caused the performance crawl.
