Big thanks to Cathy K and Cheryl A for devoting their afternoon to welfare checking and photographing and starting the MickaCoo rescue process for the 34 survivors of the 60 king pigeons released for good luck a week ago Sunday. The birds are in pretty good condition with only one in need of special treatment and there's a lovely palette of colors represented. Each of these birds is an individual that wants to live. They deserve a nice life in a safe aviary with a mate, some food, a little water to splash in and sun to lounge in. MickaCoo has unused aviaries available... together we can save these birds.
