Re: [MickaCoo] [Mickaboo Discuss] Please help explain to people WHY Mickaboo supports the propsed ban on bird sales in SF

Yes, 5:30 p.m. Room #408. I'm checking with the Commission to see if all are welcome or SF residents only. Stay tuned. e On Thu, Jun 24, 2010 at 12:53 PM, Fishman, Kimberly < kimberly.fishman@bankofamerica.com> wrote:

We may not all agree on the solution but we all agree there IS a problem and award-winning animal welfare journalist Mira Tweti has articulated the situation exceptionally well in this article.
This is a FANTASTIC article- so comprehensive and supported and readable. Many of you may have already been familiar with this article but if not- I'd HIGHLY encourage you to read it and everybody- please SHARE it widely!

The next SF Animal Welfare Commission meeting will be at City Hall on Thursday 7/8 at 5:30. I'm going to be there and Mira (who is flying in for it) will be too.
All best,
