Thanks and much gratitude to Mike for helping Starbuck and MickaCoo too!   We are in desperate need of a foster home for Starbuck the feral Pigeon.  He would need to be indoors, kept warm, provided meds and feeding until he gets back on his feet.   Does anyone have the space and time to help out.
