Hello-
Is there an angel or two out there that can help this lady to rehome her
pigeons? MickaCoo is too full and can't take them in but I'm hoping that
there is a volunteer or two that would be willing to help her find alternate
homes for her birds.
Please let me know if this is something you could assist with.
Thank you for considering!

Subject: Pigeon re-homing questions
To: adoptkings@gmail.com
Hey Elizabeth,
I know you are overwhelmed already with Berkeley’s pigeon population, but I
have a woman in the hills who is elderly and has a large pigeon coop (30-40)
birds. Her coop is not in compliance with Berkeley Municipal code and now a
neighbor is complaining. The birds are in excellent condition even though
the coop is a bit dilapidated.
Long story short. She needs some advice regarding re-homing some or all of
her pigeons. She may decide to build a smaller coop and keep some of the
birds, but bottom line – some of them need new homes. I thought you might
be good resource for her.
Do you mind connecting with her by phone – she is not e-mail savvy.
Her name is Phoebe Nichols ( 510) 549-0064. I had given her Mickacoo’s
number, but she was having difficulty – She is 84.
Thanks for your help[
