With minor modifications, it could be a safe, full-time outside cage for a pair of doves or a part-time* outside cage for a pair of pigeons (*too small for pigeons to live in full-time). The size is good but there are rusty spots. It's 37" wide, 31" deep, 43" tall. Bar spacing looks about 3/8 to 1/2 inch. It's 62" tall with stand. I have photos if anyone is interested.
