Hello- For the first time in the 5 years since I started doing this, Bay Area shelters may kill healthy king pigeons that are timing out if we can't figure out an emergency rescue. MickaCoo is over full, the shelters we usually depend on for back up can't take them and we are striking out with finding help for them. There are 8 birds at immediate risk. *If you know of anyone that could provide a safe and decent home for these birds (long-term foster or forever), please put us in touch!
