Ok, White head, black chest/wings, white lower body- what is it? I may be getting one in, if the Lost and Found ads go nowhere...

I give up. What is it? Have you taken in a pigeon? There are many types
of pigeons that have black & white coloring... as well as penguins, hooded
crows and ??? Please post or send me a picture. Even a cell phone picture
would help to ID your mystery friend!
