My MO friend who's non-profit is in the Pepsi Challenge has a friend in Iowa who was successful in securing a large number of power codes from a redemption center (in MO we don't pay deposits on the plastic bottles, but CA does and I remember there used to be a redemption bin in my local Safeway parking lot) Just an idea...
