Baby king pigeon with paratyphoid (salmonella) needs indoor foster for 3-4 weeks

Hello- A week ago, the Montclair Vet Hospital (in Oakland) was kind enough to take in and stabilize a stray baby king pigeon in pretty pitiful condition. It has paratyphoid (salmonella) which creates swollen, painful joints (thus the splayed stance) and requires a 30 day course of Baytril to cure as well as some Meloxicam along the way for pain relief. This little one is now ready for an indoor foster home. Baby king pigeons are extremely easy (and dear) to care for. This one, which I've named Montclair, needs a dog-crate or similar-sized cage, access to a heating pad and the view out a window if at all possible, daily maid and room service and twice a day meds. Should be quarantined and given some TLC. Montclair will be able to move into a foster aviary with about 3-4 weeks. Please reply to AdoptKings@gmail.com if you can help this baby bird.
