But the most important story is that there are lots and lots of birds in need of homes. The pigeons and doves that MickaCoohttp://www.mickacoo.org/rescues are domestic and can't survive in the wild. People have bred them and then abandoned them and they need adopters if they are to escape being euthanized. So please- even if you're full up or not in a position to adopt a bird, *pass this along to others*. It takes a lot of outreach to find a great forever home for a pigeon or dove and YOU can help be a part of that. Please help spread the word. P.S.
