It really is unbelievable when you think about it- that it’s legal to sell cats & birds & rabbits etc in a place where they are abandoning them by the thousands??? I mean, really! I love the concept on banning it! First time I’ve heard it & it’s a beautiful thing. I really hope to see it happen.
