Angel Aviary needed for king pigeons dumped like trash

Hello- Two nights ago, somebody dumped two tied-up boxes of live pigeons and a bag of dead ones in a Fruitvale parking lot. The Oakland Parks & Rec Dept. took them to the Rotary Nature Center at Lake Merritt for temporary shelter but they cannot stay and MickaCoo does not have an empty aviary that they can move into. *We need an Angel Aviary for the 10 of 12 dumped-like-trash king pigeons that are healthy enough to be outside.* They should stay together as a flock and they should not join an aviary with other birds. Their health is compromised but recoverable. These poor birds were used as breeders and thrown away like trash. I'd like to figure out a way to save them from being euthanized. If you or someone you know would like to set up a mission of mercy backyard aviary, now would be a wonderful time and MickaCoo http://www.MickaCoo.orgcan help. These birds will thrive if given half a chance. PLEASE share this with your friends and network. We don't have much time. -- Elizabeth *PLEASE vote for Mickaboo & 'Coo Bird Rescues today **& every day* *this month to help us win a MUCH needed $50K grant! * **www.refresheverything.c om/mickaboobirdrescue Until they all have homes, don't buy, don't breed- adopt. www.RescueReport.org www.MickaCoo.org http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QGjyooh3Yo0
