I called the woman who reported it to him, Pat @925-234-8821. It has not been picked up and if anyone in MickaCoo in Pleasanton or Dublin area, maybe they could locate it. She said it is quite tame. It is hanging around Bldg D, the Kaiser facility (not medical one) at 4460 Hacienda near Owens. Other side from BART. She said the Guard would know about the dove. Pat lives in Pleasant Hill but works at the Pleasanton address, not there today. She said there is an open space with other birds, geese, etc. I suggested someone should be sure there is water and some food for it.
