Hello- I know it's a LOT to ask but is there anybody who could get Dee Dee from her foster home in Cupertino to Priya in Walnut Creek or all the way to Medical Center for Birds in Oakley today or tomorrow? Old lady pigeon Dee Dee Detroit is reaccumulating fluid (likely ovarian cyst) and needs a ride from her foster home in Cupertino to her vet in Oakley.

It's a long trip- 80 miles one way- but she is a really good bird and, if at all possible, we'd really like to get her back to the vet who is familiar with her case. Last time almost 200 grams of fluid had to be removed.

Soooo, if you happen to be heading that way soon (Thursday, Friday or Saturday latest) or if you'd like a good excuse to visit scenic Oakley, please take Dee Dee Detroit along for the ride.
