Hello! Last week while out shopping, I spot a pigeon hiding behind a garbage can, so I investigate ans he can not fly. So you guessed I swooped him up and took him home. So far he seems pretty healthy, good weight, good muscle mass, eat and drinks, poop perfect etc.. If I place him in my hands and bounces him he flaps both wings, so I do not think he has a broken bone. I'd love to work with him to heal his wing and release him back to his flock, but it is not my expertise. My first thoughts was to drive him over to WildCare, but if they deem him not able to fly, they may euthanize. My question is do you know of anyone who does wild life rehab that would take a pigeon? Thank you!Best, Cheryl __________________________________________________ Cheryl A King Pigeon Rescuer - http://cheryldickinson.com/kings.htm
